Our international team consists of 275+ cybersecurity experts whose common goal is to protect companies from cyberattacks. With us, you have the opportunity to deepen your expertise and continuously develop your skills. We have been protecting companies against cyber attacks for almost 20 years and have learnt one thing in the process: the best protection is holistic protection. That's why we combine all aspects of cyber security in our integrated Intelligent Security Operations, from processes (business) and technologies (bytes) to people (behaviour).

This also means that we are looking for security experts from various fields. Whether Information Security Consultant, Ethical Hacker, SOC Specialist, Resilience Coach or Sales Manager. There are many ways to become part of our crew.

What can you expect from us?

Contract
First things first: if we have found something suitable for you, you have the chance of a permanent employment contract with 30 days' holiday per year. You can organise your own working hours in consultation with your colleagues and customers.

Development
What do you want to achieve and what support do you need? You will receive regular training and support in achieving your professional goals. You can also develop further within Northwave.


Team
It is important to us to respect and value each other - as professionals and as people. The best way to get to know your 275+ colleagues from the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Sweden and Belgium is at one of our many activities, such as our annual trip to the theme park.


Equipment
You will be equipped with a modern MacBook and iPhone. We have height-adjustable desks in our offices and our CEO loves to kit us out with merchandise ;-)

Mobility
Depending on your position, we provide various mobility alternatives for commuting to work and travelling to customers.
