On 1.10.1994 the then 28-year-old Gerhard Reinhardt and Lydia Machhörndl founded MR Datentechnik Vertriebs- und Service GmbH. Gerhard Reinhardt is the sole managing partner of the company.
In the last 26 business years, the number of employees has risen from 9 to currently over 490 and the turnover has increased from approx. 3.8 million Euro to approx. 185.5 million Euro.
In addition to the headquarters in Nuremberg, there are branch offices in Melle, Ismaning near Munich, Bayreuth, Hallstadt near Bamberg, Würzburg and Regensburg. Further expansion is planned.
MR Datentechnik relies on long-term customer relationships and partnerships. Customers should be developed into "fans of MR". This is to be achieved through a broad product and solution portfolio up to complete managed services approaches, whereby the service idea is always in the foreground. IT systems and solutions that represent added value for our customers will be integrated economically and efficiently into the customer's value chain.
This requires professional consulting and service concepts within the framework of service, maintenance, framework, work and service contracts. MR's approach is to differentiate itself from the competition through this customer-oriented service provision.
In order to meet the complex and high requirements of medium-sized and large companies, MR Datentechnik relies on the flexibility and professionalism of its employees. All MR employees work on a high degree of personal responsibility and are thus able to optimally adapt to their customers and their wishes.
Not only at the headquarters in Nuremberg, but also in the branch offices and at the customer's site, MR employees support their customers with consulting, sales, installation and maintenance. "The customer is the center of our thinking and acting" is still the most important point in MR Datentechnik's company philosophy.
