IT-Sicherheitscluster e.V. is a network for the further development and research of information security, IT security and data protection. To this end, companies from the IT industry have joined forces with users, research and further education institutions as well as experts and associations. The cluster contributes to a deeper understanding and dissemination of these topics through numerous events, working groups, as well as training and continuing education.

The information security management system (ISMS) CISIS12 was developed especially for small and medium-sized organizations (SMEs). Its clear recommendations for action in twelve steps structure the introduction and operation of the ISMS into comparatively easy-to-handle packages.
