Emergency alarm per keystroke The Cordaware bestinformed® Alarm Edition is designed to send targeted alarms or "on-screen emergency calls" to selected groups of recipients (e.g. surrounding offices and security guards) at the push of a button. The Alarm Edition is used wherever there is a potential risk of physical assault, threats or similar phenomena in the workplace (e.g.: Authorities and offices, hospitals and large administrations, sensitive areas in the economy or security companies). If a hazardous situation occurs, the affected employee presses a previously defined key or key combination on his PC, thereby triggering an immediate PC emergency call. At this moment, the alarm target group (e.g.: surrounding offices and guard service) will see a corresponding alarm on the screen. Depending on the configuration, an acoustic alarm can also be added.
