Around ten years ago, the first companies launched initiatives to secure their operational technology (OT). In comprehensive OT cyber security programmes, they built up basic security measures as a protective wall against cyber threats. However, cyber criminals continued to evolve - refining their attack techniques and creating new methods, which continuously intensified the threat situation. In response, legislators issued directives that call on companies to increase their resilience and force them to act. Now, organisations must evolve their OT cyber security strategies to not only keep pace with threats, but to proactively address them and meet current and future requirements.
In our presentation "OT Cyber Security: From lessons learnt to strategies for the future", we will take you on a journey through the last ten years of OT Cyber Security and discuss the following questions:
