Women in Cybersecurity at it-sa 2023 aims to awaken women's interest in IT security, raise employers' awareness of the potential of more women and make female role models in IT security more visible. Solutions to the shortage of skilled workers and young talent in the industry will be found and measures to promote women in IT security companies will be discussed.
