The presentation goes into which companies and organizations will be affected by the NIS2 implementation and which technical and organizational minimum requirements must be implemented. The state-institutional side is also called upon. NIS2 and other European regulations require action by the national government! Harmonization and standardization should help to improve European cooperation in the fight against cyber threats. It is about nothing more and nothing less than improving resilience and cybersecurity in Europe. It is worth taking a broader view and looking at NIS2 in the context of other European regulations in the digital market. What's in store for us? Which positive effects should be achieved? How does regulation affect the state of the art in terms of cyber security and what is that anyway? How do you achieve a level of protection appropriate to current threats and regulatory requirements? The presentation is dedicated to answering these questions.
