Look forward to an exciting discussion with Christina Schlichting, Head of Group Information Security Program at VW AG and Dr. Silke Bargstädt-Franke, Head of Department BSI.
The discussion will be moderated by Christine Skropke, secunet Head of Public Affairs and Chairman of the Board of eurobits e.V., Bochum.

The speakers, who themselves have exciting CVs in IT security, will discuss the special skills of women and why these are used far too little. How can women make a lateral entry and how can we promote the targeted training of women and get them excited about cybersecurity? What should HR managers pay attention to in the recruiting process in order to specifically recruit women and then promote them in the company.

Participants are explicitly invited to join the discussion, to contribute their own experiences and tips and to enrich the After-Work-Talk on International Women's Day. This is an exciting exchange for all women who are interested in jobs and training opportunities in IT security or are already working in the industry, and for HR managers who are concerned with this topic.
